Objectives of the Mobile Staff Manager:
The Mobile Staff Manager (MSM) assumes responsibility for any malfunction
shown by the Visual Facility Management (VFM) system and supervises handling in
the following steps:
- Identifying suitably qualified employees
- Determining via the localization service which employees are closest to
the site of the malfunction and notifying them about the job via SMS
- Viewing order details and confirmation via a PDA/Pocket PC with online
link
- Providing notification via the PDA on the conclusion of the repair
work
