EnBIS© - Efficiency and transparency for your energy management
Energy data management, in particular for large sites or those with a complex
structure, imposes a variety of demands:
- The centrally procured energy has to be assigned to the different
locations, tenants or cost centers in line with consumption values or
apportionment formulas. Frequently, the useful energy (e.g. heat, cold) made
available internally also has to be billed.
- Often, the existing metering structure does not reflect the current
organizational structure properly, but for technical or financial reasons, no
additional meters have been installed.
- The available consumption values are frequently prepared and stored in a
form (e.g. as Excel tables) that makes meaningful analysis more difficult or
even impossible.
With EnBIS© (Energy Billing & Information System), we have
developed an integrated software and service package which facilitates the
efficient and transparent recording and utilization of energy data.
The installation of the system is completed in the following simple steps:
- Definition of the information requirements, i.e. establishing the point at
which consumption values need to be registered
- Ascertaining existing metering and measuring installations and determining
what additional ones are needed (if desired, installation, financing and
operation of the metering equipment can be handled by HOCHTIEF Energy Management)
- Transferring the meter-tree to EnBISİ
- Reproducing the tariff information for procurement and billing
After this, the examination of incoming energy invoices is largely automated
and internal consumption accounting can be called up virtually at the touch of a
button on the basis of the stored information. If you engage us to handle
billing, we can also take over the relevant debt collection services for you. In
addition, as the client you have access at any time to all relevant energy data
- from the consumption values of all the media involved, with any requisite
evaluations in tabular or diagrammatic form, through to the energy invoices on
which canculations are based. Depending on the scope of the assignment, we can
also assume responsibility for complete management of the energy data and for
system maintenance.
