BuildingChecker - the tool for professional property analysis and reports.
The challenge
The basis for successful property management is professional analysis and
inventorization. A standardized, comprehensive report on the actual state of
affairs not only ensures that all relevant data is registered, it is also easy
to update - and thus provides you with a reliable yardstick for comparisons over
time. But preparing a report of this kind is a time-consuming business and so it
is often done unsystematically. However, if your master data is incomplete or
not up-to-date, there is a danger of making commercial decisions based on
inaccurate facts.
Our solution
With the help of a comprehensive template, the BuildingChecker records and
models all the relevant master data on your property. The software contains
entry masks for all the areas to be covered in the report. You yourself enter
your data in the relevant masks, with a menu guiding you easily through the
different phases. Everything else - the organization and preparation of the data
for the report and carrying out caclulations etc. - is done automatically. The
results can be called up swiftly and provided on paper or as a Word file ready
for further processing.
