This district hospital, with its 500 beds, specializes in psychiatric care. This
is a sensitive area and it has to be able to rely completely on the perfect
functioning of all technical systems, including standard installations such as
heating, disinfection facilities, electricity and drinking water installations.
HOCHTIEF Facility Management is in charge of the ongoing maintenance and
optimization of these systems - and is thus responsible to physicians and
patients for creating an environment that is conducive to the healing process.
