For insurer AMB Generali, HOCHTIEF Facility Management, together with HOCHTIEF asset management subsidiary Debausie, handles the entire administration of 61 properties, with a total of around 200,000 square meters gross floor space. The contract entails responsibility for practically the whole spectrum of property management. This was HOCHTIEF Facility Management's first full-scale property management contract, linking the commercial, technical and infrastructural elements of integrated facility management with asset management tasks.
