Service provider to manage the pharma company’s buildings in Zurich
With immediate effect HOCHTIEF Facility Management Swiss will be taking on the facility management of Baxter Healthcare’s European head office in Zurich for the next four years. Baxter is an international company in the health sector. The contract has a value of around three million Swiss francs - about two million euros.The facility manager’s responsibilities will include space management, the conference and event service and building security. With this new contract, HOCHTIEF Facility Management is expanding its services to Baxter: Alongside the Baxter Deutschland GmbH corporate headquarters in Munich, the company is also managing Baxter’s Höchstadt site.
