Siemens Healthcare Sector, Erlangen and Forchheim

Siemens Healthcare is one of the major providers of medical equipment in the health care sector worldwide. The division is known for its innovative products and solutions as well as for a comprehensive offer of services. Thereby, the whole range of imaging systems for diagnostics and therapy, electric medicine, audiology and IT-solutions is covered.

HOCHTIEF Facility Management is in charge of two Siemens Healthcare locations: Erlangen and Forchheim. In Erlangen production halls, office buildings and research institutions are located. Since 2006, there is also a training center, in which 6,000 engineers and customers are trained in the maintenance and handling of the newest medical systems and applications each year. The lines of business computer tomography and angiography, radioscopy and photograph systems are located in Forchheim.
