Offenbach schools
In the rural district of Offenbach, Germany's currently biggest public-private partnership project in the field of
building construction is being realized.
The project company, HOCHTIEF PPP Schulpartner GmbH - founded jointly by the District of Offenbach, HOCHTIEF PPP
Solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Concessions AG, and HOCHTIEF Solutions – is financing, refurbishing and
will subsequently operate 50 schools in this area.
The on-the-spot team is responsible around the clock for supervising and servicing all technical facilities and for
supply and disposal tasks. HOCHTIEF Solutions also provides energy management, which reduces consumption and costs
and takes ecological aspects into consideration without restricting comfort and convenience. The result: optimum
conditions for teaching and learning.
